Robert “Robby” Brinley — Vice President Residential Division
Robert “Robby” grew up in North Carolina, attended Wingate University majoring in Business, and began his career at Brinley’s Grading as summer help. He started as an equipment operator when he began working full time. He worked as a Residential Area Manager for 2 years before being promoted to Residential Operations Manager overseeing the entire residential division.
Robby provides leadership, new ideas and continuous improvement on service, quality, and safety issues. His 12+ years of field experience, job quoting, costing and purchasing, provides him with the ability to act as a liaison between the area managers in the field and the office administrative team insuring the accurate and timely flow of information.
He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our residential operations and is the initial contact to prospective customers including bidding all new work, servicing existing customer accounts, customer relations and retention, invoicing and collections.
