Suzanne Brown — Human Resources / Office Manager

Suzanne grew up in New York and attended Towson State University in Maryland where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, and a Minor in Spanish. She began her career as a Senior Payroll Administrator at Paychex, then onto Payroll/Human Resources Manager with a privately owned flooring company in Maryland. Her continuing education includes seminars on Fundamentals of Personnel Law and NC Employment Law.

Suzanne joined the Brinley’s team after moving to North Carolina, in 2003.  She came on board as our Payroll/Human Resources Administrator and Office Manager, while responsible for all aspects of payroll, company benefits, compliance issues, safety/MSDS topics, workers compensation, recruiting and employee relations, as well as a list of other random day-to-day items.
